Bloodless: deviant takes bashing from melee weapons, also they have no blood for powers that care about such things.
Mindless: Targets must engage the deviant in a Socials(empathy) vs socials(subterfuge) check to see if they are lying if they use a power that would tell if the deviant is lying.
Painless: They ignore trait Penalties
Lifeless: They have no aura or heat.
Motionless: They may lie motionless giving them a +10 traits on stealth checks.

Effect: Each Level grants the Mutant a new bizarre transformation. They turn into a large monster that grants them its level in physical traits. Can maintain for rounds equal to charges. While transformed, its Brawl attack deals 2 additional damage. It also inflicts Delirium.
