⚫ Clothed In Oblivion
Challenge: None Cost: None Duration: Permanent
A labyrinth or oblivion spectre can call its max traits in the skinlands so long as it is clothed in garments from the skinlands as if it were in the labyrinth. Spectres with this power can interact with objects and people in the skinlands while clothed this way.
⚫⚫ Faceless Men
Challenge: Diff(3) vs target's(courage) Cost: None Duration: One Scene
Spectres with this power provoke a diff 3 fear frenzy from everyone in the scene the 1st time they enter the scene. Those that fail must flee as quickly as possible. spectres with this power have no face in the skinlands.
⚫⚫⚫ Shadow Steed
Challenge: None Cost: One Angst Duration: One Night
By spending an angst the shadow summons a nightmarish horse phantasm from the tempest. The steed has 10 health levels, the max traits of a labyrinth spectre and it and it’s rider moves at (Celerity 5) and has 5 survival retests with a specialty in tracking.
⚫⚫⚫⚫ Tempest Wings
Challenge: None Cost: None Duration: Permanent
This Power upgrades Shadow Steed and Faceless man. The phantasm summoned from level 3 of this Arcanoi can fly 7 steps per turn. The fear frenzy of level 2 of this power increases in difficulty to 4.
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫ Blade of Oblivion
Challenge: None Cost: One Angst Duration: One Scene
A spectre spends an angst to imbue its blade with the power of oblivion that lasts until the end of the scene. A blade empowered this way deals aggravated damage. If a wraith is struck by this blade one of its fetters is immediately destroyed and the wraith falls into oblivion when all its fetters are destroyed. Wraiths with fetters destroyed enter destructive harrowings at the end of the scene. Living beings the blade kills become wraiths.
