Once per scene, the True Brujah may spend an additional Blood and a Will when they activate Celerity to gain one additional extra action above what they would otherwise be able to call. After doing so, they must test against their Clan Flaw.

Clan Flaw: Apathy Trigger: Just as Brujah picks a subject that makes them Rage, the True Brujah picks a subject that causes them to shut themselves off from the world. When the subject comes up, they must make a Self-control ( Dif 4). Failure causes them to be unable to initiate challenges for the remainder of the scene.
