• Short cast: The mage marks a target such that they will be hassled by all police and security guards they meet for the rest of the night. They look suspicious, and match the appearance of someone they have a warrant out for. Police in the same building as them will subconsciously seek them out. To harass or arrest them. The police gain a discipline retest against all social powers used by the target.

• Long cast:The target has their resources attacked and seized by the authorities. Their resources and influences (Up to Prime backgrounds) count as one lower for the month as they deal with the repercussions. If the Syndicate uses two actions on this spell they gain the money that is stolen from the target ( A temp tap of the target's resources.)
