Bone Gnawers are the Werewolves who have most easily adapted to life in the big city. They defend the defenseless and strike at the hear of their enemies. Their Totem, Rat, is a totem who is willing to do anything to survive and keep fighting. Their gifts reflect their nature as survivors who thrive no matter the surroundings.

Flavor: Necessity is the father of invention. Living on the street has caused the Bone Gnawers to be very inventive.
Effect: The Bone Gnawer must take an action, and spend a gnosis. They spend the action furiously creating an object. They can create any of the following. All items created by this have the unstable tag, and will become unusable within a scene or two. Requires a Mentals(Scrounge) check, Dif 2.
- The Garou can create a bomb, that deals 3L or 2ag and is throwable. The bomb can be planted using security to double damage.
- The Garou creates a piece of equipment, that allows a check to be made such as a lock pick, a USB connector, a medkit or a battery.
- The Garou can create a piece of equipment that gives 2 traits for any skill they have at one.

Flavor: The Garou speaks and the city listens.
Effect: The Garou can talk to a city street and ask it a question. The street has around 8 mental traits when interacted with this power, but a non-human mindset. For each scrounge spent, the Garou gets one question. The street can even re-enact events for the Garou with pale projections of the people who stood upon it. 1 gnosis

Flavor: The people of a city, the dispossessed, the hungry, the weak, the tired; they are the people of the Bonegnawers. THe community is not just their charge but their weapon.
Effect: THe Bone gnawer makes a speech to a crowd, trying to incite them to do something. The overall goal must be simple, as crowds cannot handle complex messages, and are usually quick to violence when they believe they are in the right. The Garou states a one-sentence command to the ST and then makes a check based on the size of the crowd. to see whether or not they successfully command them. This power works on Ghouls Kinfolk and Changelings (They love being part of a story and gain a glamour when affected by this power), as well as other supernatural with less than 6 willpower. The test is Socials (scrounge.) vs difficulty based on crowd size.
