Pandemonium is a power of chaos that draws on the wyld power of the deep dreaming deep in the labyrinth. The signature arcanoi of the haunters guild, leaves it's practitioners wyld-tainted to any powers that detect such things.

Challenge: Socials(Intimidation) Vs Socials(Willpower) Cost: 1 pathos Duration: One Scene

Make a Socials(Intimidation) vs Socials(Willpower) test if you succeed the target is plagued by chills and at a -1 trait penalty for the scene. Does not stack with itself.

⚫⚫ Strange Ether

Challenge: Cost: 1 Pathos Duration: One Scene

By spending a pathos the weather in the area shifts slightly. The caster picks one of these effects.

  • Cause a thick fog to roll into the area. the fog is thick enough to block out the sun so you can move around during the day and it inflicts a 3 trait penalty to vision tests for the scene.
  • Cause it to start raining or snowing. this is only a mild weather change.

By spending a pathos a wraith can cause a set of portals to open, allowing them to make a melee attack against someone they are not standing next to.

Challenge: None Cost: One pathos Duration: One Scene

By spending a pathos the wraith can briefly speed or slow time, in the area, this does not take an action. By speeding time the wraith can choose to go first in initiative this scene. By slowing time everyone in the scene except the wraith loses 2 steps(Doesn’t stack). They can only use one of these powers each round but they can swap it at the top of the round during ability refresh.

⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫ Tesseract Bomb

Challenge: Physicals(Athletics) Vs Diff 4 Cost: Two pathos, 1 Willpower Duration: One Scene

By spending 2 pathos and a willpower, the wraith creates the tesseract bomb. The bomb can only be used inside a building, or other closed structure. When it explodes anyone in the scene Must succeed at an Physicals(Athletics) test at diff 4 or take 3 lethal. After the bomb is activated the Building/structure that the wraith is standing in no longer has exits. Doorways seals lock evaporate, windows are barred. Entrance from the outside can be forced but a hole seals after the intruder. The power ends if the wraith ends it voluntarily, it is killed or the scene ends. Using this power in the Labyrinth is not advisable.
