Ashes to Pixie Dust

This ritual is cast by making an awareness check diff 5 and drawing a summoning circle of ash and spending a blood over it while two or more parties stand in the circle. The summoning circle turns gold and summons a changeling to conduct a binding oath contract, both parties must agree to punishment for breaking the oath. The oath is enforced by the fae contracted in this ritual in this case tinkerbell, so oaths can be permanent.

Glamour Bubble, toil and trouble.

This ritual creates a small cauldron that can hold up to 3 glamour. Glamour can only be gained via the Changeling Mortals background, which a vampire with this ritual can grow like herd, and they get at 1 by learning the ritual. By taking an action, the cauldron fills with a number of glamour equal to their level in the Mortals background.
