Engaging the vessel of Transference

Not Dismissable

The caster writes in a trait of their blood a sigil upon an object no smaller than a standard bar pint glass and of similar dimension. a second point of their blood is then sucked out of their body into the glass. when a being that has blood in their system touches the container a point of the being's blood is sucked into the glass and the blood in the container is injected into the blood bearing being rendering them one point blood bound to the caster. the being feels a tingle that with a 5 trait 1 retest awareness test lets them know that something magical is amiss and they have been magically altered. the precise nature of the alteration is a 10 trait 2 retest difficulty kindred lore chop or a 15 trait 3 retest occult chop. This ritual takes an action to cast.

Eyes of the Night Hawk

This ritual involves soaking birdseed in a solution of bizarre ingredients and a point of the caster's blood and feeding it to a bird. What the bird hears, the vampire will hear. What the bird sees, the vampire will see if she closes her eyes. The bird may be commanded where to travel, but no other commands may be made. Lasts one night.

Incorporeal Passage

Dismissable

The character cuts their hand on a shard of mirror taking one health level of damage. they then enshroud the shard in some kind of bag. when the shard is next removed from the bag, the caster becomes incorporeal for as long as they walk forward in a straight line. If they change their course the ritual ends, with possible catastrophic consequences. they must keep moving at one step per action minimum, no maximum, in a straight line, really.

Binding The Beast

Not Dismissable

In order to cast this ritual the caster must have the victim bound to a table in front of the caster for the duration of the ritual casting (20 minutes). This ritual involves drinking a point of the victim’s blood, and pushing an iron spike through one’s own hand. (This ritual inflicts two levels of damage that can not be soaked by fortitude but may be healed as normal.) The target will be unable to frenzy, regain willpower, or spend more than one blood point per round. In addition, she must make a self-control challenge difficulty 3, to feed, and a conscience challenge difficulty 4 to use any of her disciplines. Lasts 7 nights and 7 days.

Bone of Lies

Not Dismissable

The caster must soak the fingerbone of a person dead for a hundred years in a solution of fat and ten points of kindred vitae. When the bone is touching a person and they speak a falsehood the bone darkens. it can darken 10 times before becoming useless and crumbling to dust. the bone holds its magical potency for a year and a day. This ritual takes an action to cast.

Bone of Contention

Not Dismissable

Exactly as per bone of lies except it darkens when the caster wills it to darken and only needs the fingerbone of a person. A note distance between the caster and the bone does not matter. This ritual takes an action to cast.

Bottled Voice

Not Dismissable

The caster must defeat their intended victim in a social challenge in front of a crowd of no fewer than three people. That night, by reciting an incantation, and sealing a point of the victim's blood in a specially prepared bottle with wax, the vampire may steal a target’s capacity to speak, and put it into a bottle, where it will remain until it is opened or broken. or 28 days pass, whichever comes first. If it is sealed with the victim's express written agreement the voice may be sealed in the bottle indefinitely.


Leaden Heart

Ritual lasts the night and is Not Dismissable.

The caster is immune social challenges for the night but must relent to all physical challenges. Leaden heart requires 1 kg of boiling lead into which the caster must plunge his hand doing 1 lethal during casting.

Innocence of Child's Heart

Not Dismissable

The caster must take a toy from an unwilling child and carry it on their person. the ritual lasts one night and a new toy must be used for each casting. for the duration of the ritual the caster's aura gives the following answer to any magical detection, Manner of creature: Human, Are you lying: No, Emotional State: Innocent, Diablerie Veins: No, any other valid questions are revealed as if one were a normal human child with an emotional state of innocent. if the toy is moved more than 1 foot from the caster the spell ends. This ritual takes an action to cast.

Rending Sweet Earth

Instantaneous

This ritual involves repeatedly thrashing a section of ground with a leather whip. When it is performed, a 10' × 10' x 10' section of earth will disappear. If a vampire happens to be earth-melded in that section of earth, she will be awakened as the earth around her disappears, unless she is in torpor.

Splinter Servant

Not Dismissable

A stake is carved from a hundred year old tree and capped with wax, when the wax cap is broken the stake will turn into a tiny wooden creature made of shards and hate which will attack the nearest moving object. Deploying the creature requires an action. The creature has 7 physicals and is unaffected by mental or social powers, it ha an automatically refreshing brawl retest, Medicine 3, and one health level. The creature can attack three times before becoming inanimate and its attacks are always considered attempts to stake, it does two lethal. No other enchantments can be put upon the stake. The Creature cannot be triple overbid. It can move 4 steps per round. The creature attacks after all other actions in the round. The enchantment lasts one year. This ritual takes an action to cast.


Jinx

Not Dismissable

The caster prepares a trait of the victim's blood which becomes a small red gem. When the caster smashes this red gem, (takes an action), the victim fails their next challenge. This ritual Takes an action to cast.

Burning Blade

not dismissable

Caster pours a trait of their blood upon a bladed weapon, the blade bursts into fire, equivalent rotschreck difficulty to a torch. It converts a level of damage of the weapon to ag, for three strikes.

Scry

Dismissable

Caster requires a pool of water 4 feet across and 1 foot deep. they can cast this spell on a place. they must have some sort of geographical referent for the place. i.e. 35 24 front steer apartment 3g living room, or a set of gps co-ordinates. ted's haven doesn't count. This must be a place you have seen before even if it is though another's eyes or scry window. the pool then shows a top down view of the room. room is defined as standard. the scry point of view is from the ceiling of the room if any or 20 feet up if outdoors in the center of the room, looking downwards. this camera angle cannot be moved, paned, or rotated. the spell lasts until dawn or until dismissed. n.b. scrye does not work on areas with no moisture in the air. All subjects entering the scryed area get an awareness test to detect a sensation of being watched.

Vision of Distant Foes

Dismissable

This ritual requires that you have an object belonging to your target. your target must be a sentient being (3 or more mentals). this object ceases to 'belong' to the target for magical purposes once the spell ends. as scrye except the point of view is from 3 feet above the target looking down on the surrounding 5 or so foot radius around the scryed target.

Pool of Secrets

Dismissable

This ritual requires that the caster pour a drop of their blood into a cup of water or body of water no larger than an olympic sized swimming pool. as per vision of distant foes but the caster does not require an object belonging to the target, instead the target must have tasted the caster's blood some time within the last solar year.

Stone Dog

Instantaneous

This ritual requires a 7 foot diameter cauldron capable of boiling lead and holding a half ton, several enough lead to fill said cauldron when molten, a child whose voice has not yet changed, a guard dog whose pedigree is known unto the 7th generation, and a stone statue of a dog large enough to fit the guard dog inside and small enough to fit in the cauldron. The dog is placed inside the statue and the child strapped facing upwards to the top the dog/statue/child combination is lowered slowly into the lead as it is brought to a boil, the pot is then covered and let to simmer for a lunar month. At midnight 28 days from the beginning of the casting a stone dog is formed, it must then be quickly removed from the boiling lead lest it drown or the lead cool and suffocate it. Wash and use. The Stone Dog is a large, mastiff-like creature used to guard building. It can make itself seem to be a statue and requires 1 blood per day to survive, the dog loses 1 health level per day it is not fed. a Stone Dog has the Following Statistics. P 11 S 5 M 10 (perception related challenges 14). Potence 1, Fortitude 1, Auspex 1, Brawl 3, Athletics 1, Defense 2, Investigate 1, Awareness 5, Survival 1, 9 health levels, 5 healthy, 2 bruised, 2 incap. willpower of 2 and because of its human brain is immune to effects that target animals such as the first few levels of animalism but susceptible to dominate (and other mind effects) as if it were a ghoul. Stone dogs cannot gain or spend experience or improve their skills, traits etc. Their capacities are static and cannot improve. The dog has no special loyalty or inclination to follow its creator, Dominate and Leadership are usually employed. This ritual takes an action to cast.

Mirror Walk

Not Dismissable

The caster bathes a pair of mirrors no smaller than 3 feet by six feet in ten points of their own blood. He then has until dawn to place these mirrors in a ritually prepared space. If the mirrors move more than a centimeter from their positions at dawn that day they become useless and shatter. anyone standing in front of one of the mirror can spend a willpower and appear in front of the other mirror. this spell lasts for one month and must be recast. This ritual takes an action to cast.

Escape to a True Friend

Not Dismissable

This ritual involves the supplicant and a willing friend exchanging 10 points of blood with each other and the drawing of an elaborate magical tattoo on each of them. From then on when one of them would fall unconscious they may activate this ritual. At that time the " True Friend" may spend a permanent Willpower in order to teleport the other one to their side. The activator of this ritual explodes forth from their True Friend, unconscious but alive. If the Friend chooses not to spend the Willpower then the ritual fizzles. This ritual does not function on ghouls, only on kindred. The player can connect this ritual to an Ally ( As per the background, in which case they make a chop against the Storyteller using their dots of Ally as a retest.  Success means it works failure means ... they werent a great ally.

The ritual must be recast once used. If this ritual is used it must be marked on your sheet this ritual takes an action to cast.

Bureaucratic Condemnation

Dismissable

This spell is cast on a specific, named by the caster. It strips from them one action tehy took at random. You cannot strip a person to less than one action. This ritual takes an action to cast.

Expedient Paperwork

The opposite of bureaucratic condemnation; cast on another persona and it gives them another action during down time. This ritual takes an action to cast.
