Celerity Rituals

Req: In order to cast you must have Celerity at level 5, or level 4 is Celerity is in Clan for you.

Leaden Time: Level 5

Takes 15 min to cast. the Kindred vibrates their body, faster and faster-expending blood to do so and concentrating intently on the room they are in. At the end of the ritual, the room and world around them freeze for 5 minutes. During which time they and anyone they were touching can move about freely in the space. They cannot interact with anything, as it all seems petrified and hard as stone. At the end of the five minutes. The world around them speeds back up and catches up with the rest of the world. The caster takes 1 un-soakable lethal when the ritual ends. The Brujah who created this ritual excitedly teaches anyone who wants to learn it, though he admits it is fairly useless in its current form.
