Gifts

Gifts are the name for Fera supernatural powers. Gifts are on a scale of 1-3. In this game, Gifts are split into 4 categories. Spirit gifts, Auspice Gifts, Breed Gifts and Kailindo Gifts. Spirit gifts ( also referred to as general gifts) use Gnosis as do Auspice gifts. Kailindo gifts use rage. Breed gifts use one or the other.

Fera are limited in which gifts they can use by their rank.

Rank 1 and 2 changers may learn Basic gifts.

Rank 3 and 4 may learn Advanced gifts

Rank 5 may learn Master gifts.

A Changer can always learn their Auspice, Totem and Breed gift chains all the way up. (Fera choose a Breed, Auspice and a single spirit gift chain (called their totem gift chain) at character creation.) The Fera may always purchase the Beginner, Advanced, and Master gifts of their chosen gift chains. At character creation, a Fera begins with the basic gift of their Breed, Auspice, and Totem gift chains, as well as one basic gift from any Spirit, Auspice, or Kailindo tree.
