The Gangrel of Austin are made up of cast-offs and rejects taken in by the fairly old Gangrel Primogen. He has adopted a fairly broad definition of what makes someone a Gangrel and it has relatively little to do with blood and much more to do with mindset and ideals.

Clan Flaw: Every time the Gangrel frenzies they gain a bestial feature. The Feature reduces their ability to interact with mortals. Gangrel takes a 1 trait penalty on social actions with mortals for each bestial feature they possess (except intimidation.)
