Kiyasid: Obsession: The Kiyasid selects one skill. Once per month they can call their true max traits ( 2x their base) on a skill test involving this skill. Can only have one skill at a time. Costs 4 exp - 2 freebies

In addition, the Kiyasid gets a free ritual with each level of Oblivion.
