Each Level of Flight adds one to the Gargoyles Movement speed but gives them a trait penalty only all actions if they take said steps or are in the air. The trait penalty is listed for each level.
Level 1:
+1 step/ -4 traits
Level 2:
+2 step/ -3 traits
Level 3:
+3 step/ -1 traits
Level 4:
+4 step/ -1 traits
Level 5:
+5 step/ -0 traits
