Sabbat casting is only available to Sabbat characters. It requires a Page of the book of Nod to be held up and read aloud from.
By default, the only path that can be cast with Sabbat-style Casting is Father's Vengeance.
Upon completing a Seeking for a specific Path of Caine, One can learn to cast another path, this one does not require them to have a page of the Book of Nod, for the words of Caine now live within them.
