Spend an angst to find out how a target died on a successful Mentals(investigation) vs diff(1) static check.
⚫⚫ Small Hours
Challenge: None Cost: One Angst Duration: One Action
Spend an angst to look back in the past of a scene or object. You gain limited knowledge of the past and may ask Questions equal to your level of blighted insight about what you see.
⚫⚫⚫ Cimmerian Shade
Challenge: mentals(investigation) vs mentals(subterfuge) Cost: One Angst Duration: One Action
Similar to small hours but this power targets a creature and learns things about them you may ask questions about their past equal to your level in blighted insight with a successful mentals (investigation) vs mentals(subterfuge). Targets are only subject to this power once per session, per caster.
⚫⚫⚫⚫ Hypnos View
Challenge: None Cost: 1 Angst Duration: One Scene
The wraith carves a shallow pool out of the local plasm. This allows them to view a distant target place they know of. They may ask their blighted insight rating questions about the location. Locations are only subject to this power once per session.
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫ Alter Fate
Challenge: None Cost: 1 Angst, 1 Willpower Duration: One chop
Spend an angst and a willpower, you decide the results of a chop you can see in the underworld. Players can still retest with remaining retests.
