Level 1: Summon Rain: Summons rain, putting out most fires in 3 rounds deviant heals one health level when the rain comes.
Level 2: Summon Tremor: The deviant summons tremors, everyone else in the scene has to spend an athletics retest to take a step or make a challenge.
Level 3: Summon Tornado: The deviant summons a tornado that makes a grappling attack Physicals vs physicals(no retest, might applies) against everyone in the room but the deviant. Everyone in the tornado takes the -2 penalty per person in the tornado.
