+Make a Mental (empathy) vs targets Mentals (willpower). If successful you can make something appear true to them. You can either tell them or tell the ST running a scene ( if there is one,) to narrate it into the description of a scene. The target will believe what is said but is not forced to make out of character reactions. It also cannot trick them into attacking packmates. as they will always recognize their pack.
