At any point in the night, they may unleash this “held” spell by expending an action but no blood or will. In addition, the altar gives them two extra trait on all ritual castings. 		+	Building the Altar is a Level 1 Akhu Ritual kept under tight lock and key by the Followers. Building the Altar takes an Action and 4 XP.

They must expend the Blood and or Willpower immediately. At any point in the night, they may unleash this “held” spell on their action but without the cost. In addition, the Altar gives them two extra Traits on all Ritual castings.

However, ~~thaum~~ is still ~~out~~ of ~~clan~~ for them but they always receive the full ~~3-point~~ discount ~~for~~ Expert Teacher, Lab, and Live Fire.	+	Setites also receive the Casting Merit: Ahku at Character creation. However, Akhu is still purchased at Out of Clan cost for them but they always receive the full discount when Learning as if they had an Expert Teacher, a Lab, and took the Live Fire action.
